William Cuong was a street kid in Hanoi. He began studying, supported by a couple of Austrian Ambassadors in 1997 and KOTO in 1999 (A disadvantaged youth school in Vietnam) He graduated from KOTO at the age of 21 and finished studying high school at the age of 24. He found employment in a local restaurant but dreams of opening a Sandwich Shop after graduating in Food and Beverage.

 At school he wrote a short story called "Away story". On July 2nd 2010 he plans to open his own business, and publish his story in his Sandwiches shop's brochure. His project describes the lengthy, difficult and complicated narrative of his life and his dreams.
